Founder + CEO
Christian Adams brings over two decades of expertise to the solar industry. He began his career with an installation company in New Jersey before relocating to Hawaii, where he served as President of the Hawaii Solar Association. Over the past ten years, he has focused on distribution, and in 2022 he founded Alchemy Solar Distribution. Leveraging his deep understanding of both installation and distribution, Christian has built a company that partners with installers and developers nationwide to source top-tier modules and equipment. He is also passionate about launching a division within Alchemy Solar Distribution dedicated to bringing solar energy to underserved communities.
When he’s not collaborating with his team to secure the best solar components across the country, you’ll find Christian surfing Southern California’s waves, performing live music at local venues, practicing hot yoga, or driving his two young children to their sporting events. A longtime resident of Encinitas, CA, he is passionate about renewable energy, family, and the vibrant coastal community he calls home.
Kelly Contine

Kelly Contine enjoys long walks—especially when they lead straight to the concert stage. A lifelong music lover and self-declared dancefloor regular, she brings rhythm and energy into everything she does. After 20+ years in real estate, Kelly made the leap into solar power, driven by a passion for creating brighter, more sustainable futures. She believes trust, real connection, and great communication are non-negotiables in business and life. Whether she’s closing deals or chasing sunsets to a live set, Kelly is all about turning up the volume on value and service.

Troy brings a ton of energy, experience, and entrepreneurial drive to the Alchemy Solar Distribution team. With a long track record of leading high-performing sales teams in the life sciences and tech industries, he knows how to build strong customer relationships and deliver real results. Before jumping into solar, Troy helped launch innovative lab technologies and worked with major players in biotech and pharma. He’s also no stranger to startups—he once founded an action sports e-commerce company that raised over $10 million in venture capital. Now, he’s channeling that same passion into helping solar contractors grow their business with top-tier products and unbeatable service. When he’s not closing deals, you’ll likely find Troy enjoying life by the coast in Cardiff or giving back through local volunteer work.

Born and raised in Hawaii, I bring a lifetime of hands-on construction experience to my role as Sales Executive at Alchemy Solar Distribution. My background includes residential and commercial framing, masonry, special inspections and owners rep roles for residential homes, high rises, and large-scale infrastructure like elevated rail and bridges—giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to keep projects running smoothly.
At Alchemy, I focus on supplying high-quality solar panels, inverters, batteries and racking to installers across the mainland U.S., ensuring our clients receive reliable products, competitive pricing, and personalized support. With my roots in the trades, I know how important it is to have dependable partners in the field—and that’s exactly what I strive to be.
Outside of work, I stay connected to the outdoors through surfing, snowboarding, and hiking—activities that keep me grounded and inspired as we push toward a more sustainable future.

Daniela is the Executive Assistant to the CEO, where she serves as a versatile problem-solver and operational powerhouse. With a knack for technology and a meticulous eye for detail, she expertly manages CRM systems, streamlines workflows, and handles the dynamic demands of executive support. Her ability to adapt and troubleshoot makes her an indispensable part of any team. Outside of work, Daniela channels her creativity into sketching, tinkering with computers, and exploring the latest video games.

Lonnie is the Logistics and Operations Manager at Alchemy Solar Distribution, where he oversees sales operations, logistics coordination, and administrative systems. With over a decade of experience in operations across a range of industries—from large-scale firms like Merrill Lynch to a small craft distillery—Lonnie brings a versatile and solutions-driven approach to every aspect of the business. He focuses on creating efficient, scalable processes that support both internal teams and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Lonnie is a musician, sports enthusiast, and outdoor adventurer who enjoys hiking, camping, and playing both indoor and outdoor games with his family. He is also certified in permaculture design and volunteers as a grief mentor, reflecting his deep commitment to sustainability, community, and meaningful connection.
